Welcome Dear New Year Maratoners of The Special 5th Edition!

Registration has been opened on the February. New Tango Marathon Budapest is possible through the registration form at below. Should you encounter any problems please send us a mail to: registration@newyeartangobudapest.com
Registration is accepted individually (leader, follower, couple), For a nice tango experience and in order to create the right blend of nationalities and dancers the number of participants as always will be limited. The marathon will be gender balanced and maximum 250 Dancers meaning that the same number of leaders and followers will be accepted to enjoy the marathon.

Step 1: Register. The arrival of your registration request will be confirmed with an automatic reply.
Step 2: The answer regarding the approval of your registration will be sent to you in a second letter with information regarding the payment details. We will make everything possible to answer you within two weeks. The first set of answers will be posted on the event.
Step 3: As your payment has been finalized you will receive our final confirmation letter. Please make all travel arrangements (booking plane ticket or accommodation) only AFTER receiving the payment confirmation letter.

Marathon Terms And Conditions
(PRICES WITHOUT ACCOMODATION ARE %50 DISCOUNTED FOR UNDER 24 AGE PARTICIPANTS)
1. Marathon will take 5 days (2026 Dec 30 – 2027 Jan 03) for this year. If you want you may also attend (1-2-3 Jan) 3 days in a row. 
2. Registration fees will increase gradually starting in February.

4days : 7 MILONGAS : 150 Euro
May: 
3days : 5 MILONGAS : 140 Euro
4days : 7 MILONGAS : 160 Euro
Jun: 
3days : 5 MILONGAS : 150 Euro
4days : 7 MILONGAS : 170 Euro
Jul: 
3days : 5 MILONGAS : 160 Euro
4days : 7 MILONGAS : 180 Euro
Aug-Sep: 
3days : 5 MILONGAS : 170 Euro
4days : 7 MILONGAS : 190 Euro
Oct-Dec: 
3days : 5 MILONGAS : 180 Euro
4days : 7 MILONGAS : 210 Euro

3. Registration can be made only by the participant and the confirmation is valid only for the registered participant.
4. After confirmation of registration payment should be effectuated within 10 days as detailed in the first confirmation letter. In case of no payment the registration will be canceled. In case of payment difficulties or special requests please contact organizers.
5. In case of cancellation by a participant due to unforeseen difficulties a 90% refund will be possible until the 15 Septemper. In case of cancellation after the 15 September direct refund will not be possible. 
6. New Year Eve’s Champaigne at 31th December: There will be 100 Bottles of Champaigne for free. 
7. New Year Eve’s Dinner will be an optional. If you would like to have dinner, It costs 60 Euro per/person

 *4 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS Marathon + Unlimited NYE Champaigne which includes (31 December-1-2-3 January)
– Entrance to the marathon 4 days and 3 Nights: 7 MILONGAS
 Milongas: 31th Dec Night Milonga + 1st and 2nd Jan Day&Night Milongas + 3th Jan Daily Milonga
– Free Snacks, water, coffee, tea during the Marathon 
– Free Champagne (Only 31th December Night) 
– Package does not include “Night Milonga of 3th January”

*3 DAYS AND 2 NIGHTS Marathon which includes (1-2-3 January) 
– Entrance to the marathon 3 days and 2 nights: 5 MILONGAS
 Milongas: 1nd and 2rd Jan Day&Night Milongas + 3th Jan Daily Milonga
– Free Snacks, water, coffee, tea during the Marathon 
– Package does not include “Night Milonga of 3th January”

BINGO GAMES: 
-We will play BINGO at NEW YEAR night.
-20 EUR per play card. (You will choose BINGO CARD at registration desk)
-You can play up to 2 cards.
-Bingo will not be played if there is no participation of more than 10 people.
-Prizes:
For one line: 40 EUR
For two line: 80 EUR
For BINGO (Three line): 100 EUR
